The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with PACKMYBAGS. By booking a tour or travel package, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
To initiate a booking, the following payment schedule applies based on the number of days remaining before the travel date.

| More than 45 Days | Non-refundable Booking Deposit |
| 45 – 30 Days | 50% of the total tour cost |
| 30 – 20 Days | 75% of the total tour cost |
| Less than 20 Days | 100% of the total tour cost |
Important Notes on Payments:
Cruise Bookings: For any package including a cruise, full payment for the cruise component is required within 2 days of package confirmation.
Final Settlement: Full payment for all services is required before departure as per the schedule above. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you must cancel your trip, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation request:
45 Days or more prior to departure: Forfeiture of the Booking Amount .
45 – 30 Days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
30 – 20 Days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
Less than 20 Days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).
No-Show: 100% of the total tour cost (No Refund).
Exceptions to Refund Policy:
Non-Refundable Components: Any flights, non-refundable hotel bookings, cruise fees, or visa fees booked as part of this package are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. These costs are in addition to the standard cancellation charges listed above.
Unused Services: No refund, either in full or in part, will be made for any unused services (e.g., meals, sightseeing, transport) once the tour has commenced.
Tour Exclusions
Unless explicitly stated in the itinerary, the following are not included in the package cost:
Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone calls, shopping, etc.
Beverages: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during meals.
Extra Tours: Any sightseeing or activities not mentioned in the finalized itinerary.
Transport to Departure Point: Tours commence from a specific departure point. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own transport to reach this starting point.
Passport & Visa
Passport Validity: Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Copies of the front and back pages must be submitted at the time of booking.
Visa Fees: Visa fees and associated service charges are non-refundable in all circumstances, including in the event of visa rejection by the embassy.
General Terms
Subject to Availability: All rates, hotels, and airlines are subject to availability at the time of actual booking. Confirmation is not guaranteed until the booking is processed.
Price Volatility: Prices are subject to change based on dynamic airline fares and hotel rates until the final booking is confirmed.
